I'm an autodidact visual artist, living and working in Hamburg.

I paint to capture natures raw energy – organic structures, light and shadow. Pictures are mostly monochrome, always abstract. Walks, taking photos and just reconnecting with nature are closely linked to the painting process (love the human-nature relationship described in Hartmut Rosa’s theory of “resonance”).

In 2024, a first solo exhibition at Vorwerkstift showcased collages and a more drawing-like characteristic. The current focus lies in the application of materials and the exploration of surface textures.

Sound installations or performances may form part of an exhibition (I have been a vocalist in DIY-Metal bands until 2023), or lyric-like texts, as written for the installation "PF–ST" for Asphaltsprenger, 2024).
